ICE will get access to Medicaid enrollees' personal information. This, in my opinion, is an invasion of privacy. There’s HIPAA laws that were enacted in 1996 that provide data privacy and security provisions to safeguard medical information. The disabled should look into filing a class-action suit.🔄
