The cart still labels items with the old "3 for $30" deal. The total is correct though.

One word: tariffs

Maybe a price cut would have been in the cards otherwise. I would guess it depends on how they wind down production.

It's true, nothing will ever beat S1 op.

Outer Worlds 2 was a really, really weird first choice for $80.

Worth keeping in mind, Bebop is also (in)famous for being more popular in the West than Japan.

Bebop was fairly unique even in the 90s. There are still very well written and directed anime (Frieren) but the audience has grown and become more mainstream. So there are more fluff and shallow action anime, but imo the number and frequency of truly great shows hasn't changed much.

Prime example: Dwarf Fortress

Inaccessibility of the menus or complexity of the systems is often conflated with difficulty.

The difficulty of building, protecting, and providing for your fort is a completely different and far more rewarding form of difficulty.

I am dreaming of a Mecha game that will use both joycon in mouse mode.

There's huge potential and I hope to see Nintendo and others achieve something that goes beyond PC mouse controls.

They desperately need the resolution cap increased. XC2 in particular also has a very aggressive sharpening filter. The end result is pretty messy on the 1080p Switch 2.

I remember getting "the" Louis Armstrong award in middle school. Years later I discovered it was "a" Louis Armstrong award.
