I dunno I feel like my stance on this comes from nearly a decade in therapy trying to limit my pre-emptive apologizing and this just feels of a piece with that.

Modern culture, ESPECIALLY on socials, has just become so vehement about judging what people like that it's so common to find us apologizing for enjoying something and that is, frankly, bonkers!

And I get that we can like things that aren't ~artistic~ or ~highly complex~ but that's not "bad"!

If this is your thing god bless but conceptually this was like touching an unshielded wire, for me
