Of course Water fines should be used to restore rivers! Putting the money elsewhere would be crazy!
We have a long way to go but there’s so much which could be quickly achieved if governments truly focused on increasing renewables

With warmer weather, a few of our species will start to emerge from hibernation, including the Marsh Fritillary, whose highly visible black 4th instar larvae can be found in small groups at good sites. I cannot wait!
