Not recording is the biggest problem in my eyes. But I guess also, why not say "hey we're going to discuss this topic; you may find it better for your work place mental and relational health to not attend" and give them the option?

It shouldn't matter because lives are lives, but the villages that got swept away probably didn't vote for Trump. I don't know these villages specifically very well but Alaska isn't nearly as red as the voter suppression and big cities full of colonizers make it look.

I was there for about three hours -- left right as the police were really escalating things, near curfew. Incredibly proud of the organizers. Strategic, communicative, calm, determined. They kept it safe as could be, informed, and peaceful on the protestor end.
