My wife made #vegan pourable mozzarella from Miyoko’s new cookbook, and we used it on today’s #pizzursday pizza for the first time. A rousing success! But I did not take pictures! I’m sorry; it’s raining, and I had my hands full with the peel and the umbrella.

A round stained glass piece 2' (61 cm) wide made with rainbow colors and concentric circles. The center is a clear circle, then a larger concentric circle is around that with different colored "rays" spreading out until the final outer concentric ring, with yellow, green, blue, purple, red, orange "rays." It's hanging in my dining room window. Another view of the round stained glass piece from a broader view showing how it occupies the window space and partial view of the room. The lower half of the window has a collection of some of my favorite wine bottle designs. There is another window next to the one with the stained glass. A partial view of the dining room table is visible as well.

I made the apple pie this morning. The crust is slumping off the pie plate because there’s so much butter in it. Less photogenic but more delicious. Look at that lamination!
