We've been looking at supermarket data to see how shoppers make healthier choices! This research (led by the Nutrition and Lifestyle Analytics team's Prof Michelle Morris) is part of a @ukri.org -funded academic collaboration (DIO-Food) with Prof Alexandra Johnstone at @uniofaberdeen.bsky.social.

Take a look at what our MSc Nutrition students have been up to recently - putting their learning into action with a day of informative, interactive activities!
Last month, the School of Food Science and Nutrition held its inaugural Nutrition Health Fair with its MSc Nutrition students.

There were food tasting opportunities, leaflets, and competitions for the visitors—all developed by the students.
