A new study by Inès François, Dr Hannah Ensaff & Dr homer matt, the lunch choices of 155 children (5–11) were tracked for multiple days.

Using time-series & cluster analysis, the study, in collab with SchoolGrid, uncovered stable patterns in food choices & identified 4 distinct selection profiles👇

GFEI spotlight: Dashiell Anderson is a PhD student in Economics at the Leeds University Business School.

His research focuses on why rural workers tend to earn less than urban workers, with a particular focus on the US and UK labour markets.
