There was a peak of 140 young people prescribed puberty blockers in Aotearoa in 2021. It has dropped to 113 in 2023. So all of this yelling by crusty transphobes is about about 100 kids: www.health.govt.nz/news/additio...
Additional safeguards for puberty blockers
The Ministry of Health is today releasing an evidence brief and position statement on the use of puberty blockers for gender identity issues and outlining a more cautious approach to their use.

Submissions have opened on the Treaty Principles Bill. You'll almost certainly see a lot of individuals and groups with big followings telling you to submit using a template that they provide. I am pleading with you to not do this. It's the least effective way to participate.
