After re reading the Thich Nhan Hanh, I kinda feel more comfortable with my current and future choices around health and spirituality all together. Almost slipped into old ways for a while 😅

I went to ride my bike on this lovely day and after a while the gears started acting up, it took me much longer to get home and I ended up pulling a muscle... Even in situations like that you have to look at the good! I got my exercise and it was very relaxing and tomorrow is a new day!
