I'm definitely feeling healthier! This is also the longest my beard has ever been! I'm over tired from all this work but I at least have the energy to keep going. 😂

I was on Facebook and according to the so-called fact checkers that were not supposed to be a thing anymore ... Aluminium is good for your body and perfectly safe to give to children via every injection and food given 🤬

Long day doing cleaning and making a mess in the kitchen 😂😂😂 got lemons and juiced the bag onto a jar. I really didn't want to throw the peels in the compose so I made them into lemonade that's being used for probiotic sodas and candied lemon peels.

This is the herbs in question that I lost hope on. A few days ago I thought all was lost and here she is! New life is forming from what was once alive but no longer. Such a beautiful thing to see in these hard times. Life is beautiful if you know where to look.
