I flew back and forth to Salt Lake City from Philly this week on Southwest. Admittedly anxious about trip. First time in 20 years on SW. Stopped Nashville way out, Denver way back. No delays, no problems and now I have courtesy A-List status based on my AA Platinum status. Will do it again.
