The hobby horse of the day is once again to say Arsenal need a striker. And sure, transfers could help. But right now I don't think Arteta is getting anywhere near the attacking potential out of the players already at his disposal. That's by far the biggest issue I see.

A new variation of the 3-4-2-1 that I have been using this season, having grown a little bored of the 3-5-2 & 3-4-1-2.
Decided to try Defensive wingers instead of WB's, as I felt the latter didn't offer what I wanted in the final third (goals) 😍

Yep this
I never like the idea of giving a player a contract based on what they’ve already done. A contract should be based on what you think you’re going to get from them moving forward. A big pay rise and extension for Leo at this point feels more like a reward for past performance than future expectations
