I am of course biased here, but the education level in public universities is quite high and we are great people 😅❤️. Of course the infrastructure is often not the best, but with my degree I was able to do a PhD in Germany and I never felt that I was behind.

In Argentina is free. At least for now.

Yeah, the CO2 emissions issue is a tough one. Once you're here you can travel more by car/bus. It's long distances, but worth every minute.

San Martin de los Andes is a dream, but north Argentina is absolutely wonderful, too. We are happy to tag along 😁
