Legalize townhouses, condos, duplexes, etc in single-family zones. Build tons of homes. Invest in trains and buses. Cars = traffic, crashes, pollution, noise.

I called! I only had to wait two minutes to speak to a representative. Or you can leave a message. Phone number is (916) 445-2841. Or use CA YIMBY's click to call: cayimby.org/legislation/...

Yep, NIMBYs don't even like new single-family homes in their neighborhood! I was surprised by this poll that shows only 42% support for new single family housing: bsky.app/profile/berk...
93% of Rhode Island voters say housing costs are a problem in the State.

While many support solutions like new apartments, middle housing, Affordable housing & homeless shelters in Rhode Island, support for those same solutions drops off dramatically "in their neighborhood."

I don't have much experience, but I think if you have a good relationship with them, and they're a good person, they will be understanding and kind if they reject you.

Thanks for letting us know there's a Koreanist feed that we can pin! It looks like you can create a feed from a starter pack via BlueskyFeedCreator.

There should be mattress reviews and enthusiasts on reddit. Personally, a latex mattress topper has been game changing.
