Just had someone insist that cheese cut with a knife and cut with a cheese slicer tastes the same, without having tried it. My experience is of course of no value to them and their theoretical conclusion beats actual eating.

I started writing a lengthy thing but no, we're using LibreOffice and ODT, not InDesign. I'm sure it could look prettier but then proprietary, paid for software and specialist skills are needed to do something with these documents.
