Yeah and we have way less trains on NCS than we used to. There used to actually be off-peak service.

I think briefly in the peak direction, but it disappeared soon after the CTA took over.

It’s exhausting to hear everyone call it a bailout. Any other public service would have them calling this a funding increase.
But, because public transit has to be profitable for some reason, it’s a “bailout” for transit.
