I played half of them exactly long enough to know I didn’t want to play them.

The other half I haven’t tried.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger? Maybe it's like childhood immunity - the more you're exposed, the more resistance you build?

In all sincerity, it's probably the nice people and general low-stress attitude.

A "good on ya, mate" a day keeps the doctor away...

Would you have preferred “hunger for the flesh?”

I would say 2 oz. 4 oz. would be a quarter-pounder, and unless you're having a hamburger, that's too much meat for a balanced sandwich. 1 oz. feels too small, too thin.

Seconded. There are some rough patches, as you would expect from an indie title, but overall worth the money if you need to scratch that Vampire Survivors itch.

I really liked the city layout meta-game as well.

I pity the fool who tries to get AI to do what I do. May god have mercy on their team.

Which leads to this hypothesis: Interactive art can contain non-interactive art, but the reverse is not true.

❤️ this whole line of thought. What a lovely gift for a Tuesday.

Counterpoint: A poem does not stop being a poem when it is included in a game, or recited on stage, or filmed in a movie. Games can contain sculpture, painting, even drama (they did a version of Hamlet in GTA V).
