This is happening. US Citizen who is being held in a detention facility, picked up by ICE. They won’t release her and instead moved her out of the jurisdiction. Who is protecting Us…??? No one.
Immigration attorney says her client is a U.S. born citizen who has been kidnapped by ICE.
They filed Habeas Corpus, a judge ruled in their favor, but ICE blatantly disregarded the court order & moved her to a detention facility in Louisiana.
They even have her birth certificate. Unbelievable.

Th hypocrisy with this Administration is astounding. They break all the laws they want. Thank you, sir, for your service. I’m sure being deported to a country you haven’t lived in since you were seven won’t help your PTSD from taking two bullets while serving the USA.
