There are plenty of supposedly “respectable” men who have abused their positions. Yes, a tiny number of men and trans people have used access to female spaces but the vast majority of sexual abuse doesn’t need that.

WTAF are you talking about? Why are trans people suddenly responsible for solving problems? All of society needs to deal with these unfortunate issues. Education is a good start. Dealing with misogynistic attitudes early on. Allowing people to pee isn’t a “rule” with “loopholes”

It’s not complicated at all, it’s simple: just let trans people pee where they want, they aren’t the actual problem. There are issues with domestic violence, predators in work, politics, religious institutions.

That was a serious point. What is your “solution”? Also what about cis females that have committed violent or sexual crimes? Such people exist. Should we exclude all butch women from female spaces because they *could* be such a risk and they’re bigger and scarier than your average woman?

Then surely you should remember trans men: bathroom “bans” will force trans men into female facilities which would make it even easier for cis men to enter the ladies (no need to dress up, just claim to be a trans man). I don’t think you’ve thought this through
