Honest question, when you say “more votes” do you mean higher %? Coz population increase might make simply “more votes” meaningless.

What happened to the reshuffle by the way? Seems to have died. I think Christodoulides’ biggest error was sacking people before the 1.5-year pension kicked in. Why would anyone dump their career to become a minister now?

It is further galling that the OpenAI deal at Oxford was done without any consultation with the faculty governing body (Congregation) or the College tutors who will be most affected. It went ahead (largely in secret) based on a "pilot" with about 70 hand-picked participants.

I did try to get people in “my corner” over here, in particular the media, which I need to read every day for work. But only @cyprus-mail.com came plus @kathimerinicy.bsky.social in Greek. I don’t have any answers. Just kind of sad BSKY seems to have plateaued. 3/3

So although BSKY is generally pleasant (apart from any replies to this from the “I am so holy” brigade) + I like the geeky FT + friends circle, it has next to zero no work value for me. The Reuters app is more useful, plus FT for analysis. I think this is a feature not a bug for BSKY. 2/
