Now, FCC has increased rate caps for phone & video calls — raising prices by as much as 83% & costing families an added $215M every year. Instead of protecting families, the Commission is profiting from their disconnection.

In 2023, Pennsylvania's juvenile courts charged kids $311 on average, but families were only able to pay, on average, $166. Ending youth fines & fees would lift a huge weight off families, keep our communities safe, & give kids a real chance to move forward.
