Yesterday, Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt hosted a ceremonial signing for #HB1460 – a new law that eliminates a wide range of fees that trapped Oklahomans in debt for years, from charges for electronic monitoring and indigent applications to district attorney fees, which judges can now waive. 🧵
