Got an email from a journal early Saturday morning, asking to respond within 48 hours!?
Of course I want the paper published, but this is nuts!
Given:
1. Open access fee of $5440 (+ tax)
2. Paper submitted in April; only got reviewer minor comments in October! 7 mos!

Trans fats remain a public health concern in LMICs. To support Nigeria's new regulations, we conducted capacity-building training on TFA analysis in foods in Lagos with Resolve to Save Lives & WHO.
