Epstein is not the root cause, the desire to fill the pockets of some superrich, to buoy the failing US economy by rising oil prices, and to please Rubio's ideological hate are.

When American oil companies are about to make tremendous profits, first by destroying a direct oil extractor competitor, and later by taking ownership of their oil for themselves, it's frankly insulting to call this a distraction from whatever files.

Rather than buying, I would say the point is selling.
The US economy is not doing so great, however oil production is reaching record levels. Venezuela is direct competitor in oil production, so destroy the competition and suddenly your own exports become way more valuable.

Western governments are going fascistic; social media is a tool for misinformation, and mass surveillance. Government control of social media could only be described as an absolutely disaster not unlike corporate control already is.

An example of my claim: fewer workers, higher prices. A business slowly changing from selling cheaply to the masses to focus on consumers with higher income/wealth.
Those with more capital will continue to consume, it's the lower working classes that are being priced out. The economy still works.

Going by car is easier when you have subsidized infrastructure and you can arrive anywhere traveling over the speed limit or park in the sidewalk with no consequences.
Start making the infrastructure and behaviors more friendly to the people and public transports and the car priviledge will fade.
