This is a play on "Gestade der Vergessenheit", except apartment blocks are illuminated instead of cliffs. There's also a significant lack of skulls. Comment "So that's what the Signal is" if you want me to paint some "Gestade spins" on Vineta, Heimat, Leng, or Buyan too.
