I thought (and still think) that Arsenal have been in a difficult situation with Partey, for various reasons - technical, legal and otherwise.

Scary thing is (to other teams) is that every season I think “okay that’s just a weakness in his game” he comes back the next season and fixes it. (Weak foot, strength, etc)
