They have no reason to go for it. Even though it's an attempt to go after shareholders, it doesn't change the previous attempts. Skydance is not attractive from behavior or the lack of liquid funds. Plus, they haven't any idea what to do with Paramount, which they got earlier this year.

Plus, Zaslav and Netlifx seem really committed to the deal.

At least, Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry and Hanna-Barbera are probably safe since WBD being acquired by Paramount Skydance led by David Ellison would probably had them suffer same fate as Terrytoons.

Like I keep saying, and unsurprisingly, people never listen. Nothing bad will happen to Looney Tunes. It won’t get sidelined or any of that nonsense.

There’s not much we can do about it. As troubling as this is, we’re just going to have to live with it. At least Looney Tunes won’t get sidelined.
