Every visit today was an exercise in grief work. Every single one. People’s lives and bodies don’t stop doing what they do because there is an increase in oppression, fascism and violence around them. The regular hard stuff continues, gets worse and is further compounded by the horror of this time.

This is what leadership looks like in a headline. EVERYONE in government is accountable to the safety of EVERYONE (not just the people that voted for you.) This is the basics. Do no harm, address inequity and resist any efforts to harm your constituents by outside forces. Be a helper not a harmer.

This is what leadership looks like in a headline. EVERYONE in government is accountable to the safety of EVERYONE (not just the people that voted for you.) This is the basics. Do no harm, address inequity and resist any efforts to harm your constituents by outside forces. Be a helper not a harmer.
I called. I asked Dr. Grossman to call me back. Doctor to doctor. This care must be reinstated immediately. Do not comply with human rights violations even if they are advised by people in power. That is fascism. We must collectively say no. Especially as providers of health care.

1. Feeling my own feelings in my body and listening to that call.
2. Reading Reddit feeds re: quitting
3. downloading my content as a pacifier to my transition.
