Again not sure how accurate this is but if true would seem to suggest the B777 deal has completed. Big movement from $303m a few hours earlier. We will probably find out next week.

#AVAP.L Looks like the company has bought back another $5m of their unsecured bonds leaving the outstanding amount at $305m. $25m bought back since April, finance costs already lower by $2.1m p.a before you take into account re-fi etc.

#AVAP.L I believe the loan associated with the B777 is the "Warehouse Loan", The value outstanding per the May presentation was c$47m. A net cash gain after debt payment and transaction costs suggest they have disposed it off for c$82m. I don't know what BV is and there could have been more debt.

#AVAP.L This slide from the new deck is interesting. Suggest #AVAP.L considering reducing the unsecured debt to $250m to $275m. The one obvious way they can do that is by borrowing against their unencumbered aircraft (worth c$140m). Doing so could reduce finance costs by c$1.5m to $2.5m alone.

#AVAP.L Not sure how accurate this is but it seems like Avation has bought more of its bonds. There has been a $15m decrease in outstanding value here in the last 2 days. With #AVAP.L only notifying of purchases at the end of quarter we will have to wait and see if this is accurate or not.

#AVAP.L They have posted a new corporate presentation. This chart stands out. Note that Avation's B777-300ER is only 7 years old and will generate c$36m in lease payments until it becomes 10 years old. 40% increase YoY not yet reflected in NAV.

#AVAP.L Wow! I wasn't expecting this. The company bought back 7.8m shares (10.5% of the share capital) at 150p (47% discount to NAV). Crazy! Who sold it to them? Still a mystery but we will find out. Sudden boost to NAV. Well I can say I am a happy shareholder.

#AVAP.L Total volume so far today 142k, of which 92% were ATs. Just a large buyer and seller playing games. 2 broker notes days before the AGM. 36% of all shares traded in the last 2 months. AGM next Thursday. A very interesting week ahead.
