Lingula resection with intraoperative frozen section was perforfmed.

Frozen section HE 100x: Intrapulmonary fibrosis and chronic inflammation. Paraffin section HE 100x: Inflammation and fibrosis. Inside the bronchus we found a cartilaginous tumor. HE 40x: Chondrohamartoma occluding the bronchus of the lingula.
