LLMs have been a part of daily life, from email writing to coding. As a non-native English speaker, their role in email has reduced my cognitive load significantly. Sometimes LLMs are frustrating, but useful nonetheless.
I have used LLMs almost daily for two years, to help with reports, coding tasks, search etc—LLMs are certainly flawed, but are also unambiguously-useful tools. I understand people who dislike LLMs for other reasons, but do not understand those who deny that LLMs can be useful.
