I tried switching to tea, because groceries are so high, but it seems that my soda need isn't just about caffeine. I need a fizzy drink to soothe my throat from allergies. I'll have to cut something else. I don't need this "vitamins and minerals" stuff, right?

My therapist and I have been trying to fill out a referral, to a psychologist for a potential ADHD diagnosis, for weeks, but we keep getting distracted. I'm stating to think they're the one that should be on Adderall. Or maybe both of us. I wish this was a joke.
