Posts like these really highlight just how little know about Tiktok and the legislation.
I’m just really confused why it’s bad for a company to steal all our information but only if it’s Chinese

Trump can fire any of these people. Roberts Court has made it clear in past 15 years that executive branch nominees can be shown the door at any time.
It would be incredibly important for Senate Democrats to confirm Lina Khan for another term. I've been working on consumer protection for more than 30 years, and she is the single most effective and remarkable public servant we have ever had doing this kind of work. She should be returned

Gorsuch was relatively silent in 3 OA that I can recall: Janus, Dobbs, WV/EPA. I think he’s had a propensity for voting against the progressive side when this happens and I do not expect it to stop here. Additionally, Gorsuch is not the one to author a narrow opinion, goes against him as a writer.
My best guess? Gorsuch will author the opinion in the narrowest way, which could possibly entice Barrett to join. Then, there will be a weird Kavanaugh concurrence in judgment only in the rosiest circumstance.
My hot take. Gorsuch was suspiciously quiet all argument. Roberts barely asked any questions. If there's a path to victory here, it's a very narrow decision with those two in the majority that follows their Bostock logic.
