The goal at this point is to NOT TOUCH THE HAIR UNTIL IT'S DRY
So once I'm done with skincare I shake it out. I try not to leave it up too long or it'll pull the curls

With the leave in conditioner in, plop during any facial skin care stuff. I try to keep my hair and any water from my hair OFF my face until I moisturize so conditioner doesn't get in my pores, but that's skincare not haircare

Wash and deep condition in bantu knots during the whole shower (or braids or in a shower cap). Rinsing is the LAST thing I do before I get out and then I put leave in conditioner while I'm still in the water to help with even distribution

First of all, I'm not gonna use superlatives to describe my current sex life. I will say the worst sex I've had in general was the sex that wasn't communicative or was with someone I didn't fully trust. But that's not the vibe now, so the sex I have in this season of my life is the best

Oooh hmm 🤔 it's not like I'm some polyamory master but I think self-reflection is really important. Figure out what you want and why. Figure out the type of person you want to be and the type of partner and friend you want to be and then be open and honest about that with everyone
