We don’t have many of these in NYC, the density is generally too high. I’m sure there are arguably some but as an example this is one of the poorest parts of the city - and this is just Ctowns

During Covid we made ventilators and the mechanical engineer screwed up the spacing of a couple holes so I had to manually drill them on each one of these
