I am not sure this is correct. Language is confusingly written but appears to my eye to create complete carve out for CMs as long as they disclose

Hey @ssowersby.bsky.social it’s inaccurate to shorthand the Senate rent cap as 10%. As you note earlier it’s 10% + CPI. So almost certainly at least 12%. Woulda been 19% with inflation just a few years ago. About 14% or 15% lately. In no way is “10%” accurate. Readers deserve a clarification here
