Yes here in the Uk. We have 100s of thousands of undocumented immigrants living underground and working on the black market. Some have been here for 16 years or more. We have enough workers to fill up those jobs.

On social care, there *is* a reasonable argument for limiting/reducing the care visa *if* - as she says - it's linked to a proper pay/workforce strategy.
