Guess I should do an introduction on here. I'm WizardlyShoe4. I'm the lead combat designer for Idol Showdown, the Hololive fighting game. I'm mostly here to follow friends and artists I like. Feel free to follow if you want, I'll post stuff about game dev and games I'm playing once in a while.

We can now play game at double the resolution (720p -> 1080p), with extra gfx options ON, and all slowdown is gone

This is a completely new open source rollback implementation made for unity by @retrooo.bsky.social and @vikarus.bsky.social to address the shortcomings we found with the GGPO library. We hope it'll make it easier for other indie fighting game devs to implement rollback into their games.
