You know things are rough when your therapist ends the session by asking if you are safe/a threat to yourself and if you need to increase to two sessions a week. 🙃

Popular opinion, but I just don't understand the appeal of a cheese pull.

I would like the cheese to stay with my food please.

I was going to order lunch and then i got distracted. It is now 2pm and too late for lunch.

My life is a flurry of mild to moderate inconveniences that are snowballing out of control and one of these days, something that actually matters is going to go wrong and I'm finally going to snap and end up in either a mental hospital or prison. It's honestly a toss-up as to which.

I am tired.

Dead tired.

Bone-deep tired.

So tired I can feel the exhaustion in my toenails.

Emotionally drained.

Incapable of the empathy and patience for which I am best known.

I am so tired, I am losing my sense of self.

And more than anything, I am tired of being tired.
