Alberta's decision to ban books is a dangerous precedent - one that undermines education, silences diverse voices, and chips away at the freedoms we claim to value.

A slippery slope to the path of what you're seeing happen with our neighbors in the USA.

America’s view of ally is to charge an unwarranted tariff and then demand you spend $40bn for defence you don’t need.

We would be much better going it alone from here. We don’t need to be tethered to anyone.

If NZ can do it, so can we.

There's nothing angrier than a fluffy 10lb kitten who was prevented from protecting her Mamma in the bathroom due to a closed door. I was just given a very stern talking to.

Urge your provincial governments to reject clawbacks to the Canada Disability Benefit. Provinces must not be allowed to decrease their provincial benefits merely because a person with a disability receives federal support. 🇨🇦

It never fails. I'm trying to put away my life cream maker but not in the shelf it was on before as it's too high and summer is coming. Rearranged the entire cabinet. Put cereals in containers. Dusted shelves. Whole nine yards. Still no spot for ice cream maker but the top shelf. Sigh.

Are you unhappy with Doug Ford but not voting?
You’re helping him win.

Opposition parties need to stop splitting the anti-Ford vote.

Every vote counts.
Every vote cast against Ford makes it harder for him to win.

Doug Ford isn’t winning elections because Ontario loves him. He’s winning because voter apathy is doing the heavy lifting for him. This and more thoughts in my latest post at my new Substack post!

There is nothing cuter than a kitten who has killed her first dirty wad tissue and singing while she proudly presents it to you, her most prized possession. (I just wish it wasn't dropped on my mouth at 3am.) I am thankful it isn't mice at least. Mazey is a fierce huntress indeed!
