Estimates are that up to one million Australians are currently living with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) - the equivalent of one child in every classroom.

Yet, many people have not even heard about this hidden disability, which often goes undiagnosed, or misdiagnosed.

Growing up as a gay man in regional Australia, Andrew felt surrounded by a culture of alcohol.

By the time he reached his 30s, he felt his alcohol use was out of control and his mental health was at a low point.

Andrew wanted to seek help.
