Is there a reason your file system can’t produce a content hash for changes to every file that gets stored in metadata and and then have a summary hash in the directory data?
It should be easier to ask a computer whether something has changed down a path without recursively hashing the content.

I always tell people that nothing has enhanced my tech career like being on twitter (this is now also twitter) and it’s the responses and conversations to tweets (yes) like this that provide opportunities for learning that I’ve never seen in other formats.
Interesting that TS inference of function args is inconsistent depending on the return type 🤔 Can't tell if this is a bug or some heuristics I don't quite understand.

The one conspiracy theory I am most trying to free myself of is the idea that voters have any kind of coherent political view rather than being influenced by a cludge of years out of date half-truths and the last thing they heard third-hand from a friend at a barbecue.

I guess this is an unpopular opinion here but you want conservatives and moderates on bluesky not for “intellectual diversity” or “open mindedness” or whatever but because anything that diminishes the influence of a platform owned by Musk is good, block them if you like
