Did Andy Mullins retire? I noticed the VA is different in the new episodes of one piece (egghead arc)?
I'm sad to see so many folks replaced. Especially Black Beard and Saul due to the passing of Cole Brown. Vivi sounds different but that's just because I'm assuming Caitlin has aged.
