Start calling them Psy-ops and Feds and part of the NWO agenda. I’m serious. The only thing these boys care about more than their masculinity is pretending that they have never been scammed.

Smith is not making the claim a jury would have convicted. He is restating the standard prosecutors must meet before they can indict, that he believed there was sufficient evidence to obtain & sustain a conviction. The decision is left up to the jury. Justice is done when they have that opportunity.
