i started HRT last year and i am pretty much living dysphoria-free now, which i NEVER thought i would be able to say.. it's been a long-term battle that is mostly relieved!

Really wish Bluesky would update your follower count when you block an account. I certainly don't have 53 followers, I have like 3. I always check a follower to see if they're an "ai/crypto bro" or spam/scam and if it seems suspicious I block them.
