🪄 Well, they started out as me just wanting to give some more individuality to the Index's uniform. Later, when Fable joined me, she decided to give it a fancier touch and design what would become Faetrick's current attire, despite me telling her she could just wear whatever she wants.

🪄 Oh dear, you're lucky not to have crossed paths with the Index so far. Prescripts are little papers with usually bizarre-sounding commands written in them. Index Messengers deliver them to specific people, and if those people refuse to comply with the Prescript, they are hunted down by Proxies.
