If you want to beat any modern Pokemon TCG deck, just use this.
Mr. Mime from the old Jungle set of Pokemon TCG. Its ability prevents any damage that would be dealt to it that is 30 or higher. The joke is that modern Pokemon TCG uses much higher numbers than in the oldest sets, meaning that dealing 10 or 20 damage would be very difficult, if not impossible depending on the opponent's deck.
