A quick comparison showjng how AI removes all great creative decisions from art and gives you hyper realistic ugliness that doesn't look as good as a quick glance fools you into thinking it is.
Apparently someone thought it needed to be run through AI. I'd love to know what the prompt was and why. And the reactions from the general public have been pretty sad. Cheers to those with actual taste and critical observance abilities. Sign looks good though...!

What do a fantasy illustrator, a comic book artist and an animator all have in common?
From the 3 separate posts I've seen here *this morning alone*, they all need day jobs (or breadwinning partners).
It sucks that we can't do what we trained to without being ground down to burnout.

Very, very few comic book creators can survive on just the money they make from comics. It is an inherently unstable job and it is only getting worse as time goes on. Don't ever be embarrassed or ashamed of needing another job so that you can keep making comics.

I was GMing today & my players were v. excited (me too) but my cat fell ill & we've been dealing with vets since Friday & spending crazy money & the stress is crippling. And I'm missing the main thing (d&d with friends) that'd relieve my stress.
