I also understand why some clinical trials can and should move more slowly. These trials often have significantly higher participant burden. They have their place. But we need these kinds of speedy, large, low-burden trials too.

Yes, we need more funding for Long COVID, ME, and other IACCIs. But what we need just as much is more urgency.
